Help a Student Get Back-to-School Ready!
Every year, Vista Del Camino helps up to 1,000 income-eligible Scottsdale students from Pre-K - 12th grade get the school supplies they need to start the year with confidence. Each year, our Pinnacle family comes together to support this mission, and this year we're aiming higher than ever with a goal of 100 backpacks for middle and high school students.
Collection runs through Tuesday, Jun. 30, 2026
Here's how you can help:
Click here to shop. Have items shipped directly to the church office.
Shop at a retailer of your choice for a backpack that would delight a middle or high school student. Place backpacks in the collection bin in Fellowship Hall.
All donated backpacks, either ordered through Amazon or collected in Fellowship Hall, will be delivered to Vista Del Camino by the volunteer team.
Our congregation supports Vista del Camino, a City of Scottsdale community center that provides a variety of services to Scottsdale residents to prevent homelessness, meet the basic needs of individuals and families in crisis, relieve economic and emotional stress, and assist individuals to maintain self-sufficiency
The Pinnacle congregation donates school backpacks every summer, provides Christmas gifts and groceries during the holidays, and collects food donations on an ongoing basis to aid the families supported by Vista del Camino. For more information, please email.
