Noah Webster Schools
Spark a Child's Interest in Reading! Volunteer at Noah Webster Schools
Mesa Campus | Sept. 8-11
Pima Campus | Sept. 15-18
We need two volunteers per shift to help children access books at their Fall Book Fairs! These indoor events raise money for the school library. Volunteers assist students in developing wish lists, choosing books, figuring total cost, counting their money and providing general assistance. Email nws@pinnaclepres.org.
The Noah Webster Schools are public, non-profit, tuition-free, charter schools operating under Title 1 with two campuses, one in Scottsdale and one in Mesa. The schools are 501(c)(3) qualified and serve Pre-K through 6th-grade students with a technology-based, hands-on, challenging curriculum. Each campus is currently assessed by Arizona as operating “Above Standards.” Along with academic subject-matter curriculum, the schools provide character education and anti-bullying lessons. Pinnacle supports these schools with volunteers helping throughout the year and through donations during the Education Tax Credit Campaign each fall. Watch the video below to learn more about how you can enrich the lives of the children who attend Noah Webster Schools.
