The Christmas Season

It was a truly wonderful Christmas season at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church! This is one that touched my heart deeply and brought tears to my eyes, especially on Christmas Eve, seeing the children sing with smiling faces, their voices clear and full of joy, while candles glowed softly throughout the sanctuary, creating a sacred and unforgettable service. The light, the music, and the sense of reverence blended together so very beautifully, reminding me why this season holds such meaning.

I am so grateful every single day to be part of this church. Pinnacle Presbyterian has become far more than a place of worship; it has become a family. The warmth, care, and genuine love shared among our church people make me feel supported and known. In moments of celebration and in quieter times, this community has been a steady source of encouragement and faith.

Throughout the season, I especially loved the spirit created by the Wednesday classes and vespers. These gatherings offered time to slow down, reflect, and prepare our hearts for Christmas in a thoughtful and meaningful way. They added depth to the season and strengthened connections across generations within the church.

The Christmas caroling was also incredibly special. Traveling together around North Scottsdale to visit friends in various communities was both joyful and humbling. Sharing songs, smiles, and fellowship reminded us that Christmas is meant to be shared beyond our own walls. It was truly an intergenerational event, bringing children, adults, and seniors together in a beautiful expression of love and outreach.

As this Christmas season comes to a close, I find myself filled with gratitude and hope. I have loved every moment of this season, from worship to fellowship to service. I look forward with excitement and trust toward a wonderful 2026, carrying the spirit of Christmas, community, and faith with me into the year ahead. May the lessons learned, the relationships strengthened, and the joy shared continue guiding our church, inspiring compassion, service, generosity, and faithfulness as we walk together, support one another, and welcome new opportunities with hope, purpose, and unwavering gratitude throughout the coming year and all seasons ahead.

Sending lots and lots of love to each of you!

Blessings,
Kelly
