Walking the Labyrinth

Fifth and sixth graders, in photo above, spent their church school class learning about prayer labyrinths and walking Pinnacle's new labyrinth in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, Oct. 15.

It was part of a weekend Labyrinth Retreat featuring Helen Curry, author of The Way of the Labyrinth, founding president of the global Labyrinth Society, and founder and president of The Labyrinth Project of Connecticut, Inc.

On Sunday, Curry gave the Children's Sermon at the 9:30 a.m. worship service. Church School featured a Labyrinth Introduction: Finger Labyrinths for third- through eighth-grade students. A Family Walk was held at 10:30 a.m., and a Public Walk at noon.
